Diamond in the rough!

      I`m surrounded with a lot of interesting things lately...and I love it! Overwhelming I may say but somehow scary too♥  

        Life is truly an unending rediscovering of passions and dreams.  There may be short and long pauses for a while but not to discourage the romanticist   I would say. These are the best  time  to relax and feel the wind blowing in your face while hearing it whisper; you`ll soon land among the stars! :) Grab this opportunity to pray, reflect, be with your family and friends or even plan for the coming rush hour for you`ll never know it will the busiest any time soon  :(

          Each of us is rare and Yes! we all have the potential to be the best of what we are so passionate about. We often take for granted the way we talk, the way we sing, the way we dance, even the way we think not knowing these gifts are means to reach our dreams.  

            Have you rediscovered your buried interests? Go ahead, excavate and polish it  for you may need it any minute;) ♥ I`m soo excited in refining mine...hope you too friend:) I believe in you!

Unexpected gifts

     There are moments in your life that good things arrive when you least expect it♥ 

      Truly life is full of surprises. We just  have to be ready when the box of goodies will arrive anytime for it may be in a middle of a good movie, while finishing a very interesting book or on a day you scheduled just to take a rest... It will be delivered and you will have to choose between the one you have right now or the package at the door ! Once you thought everything`s wonderful but  suddenly the gift you received suggested you need it! How puzzling is that eh? 

      For me, I`ve decided to accept it in my home and enjoy every fun and happiness it brings while hoping for the best:)

    That`s my prayer for you friend...that you`ll find the letter you`re waiting in the mailbox today, be accepted for the job you`re dying to have...or simply be given to opportunity to be yourself! Start wishing :)

Happy Moms` Day!♥

    I`ve grown up not so loving carry all-bags!  My mama always carried this huge (as if she`ll be having those weekend trips) satchel and she will dig down deep with her left hand every time she wanted to take out the keys, coins, or even just her handkerchief while holding me in her right :) As always, I`ll be impatiently waiting when can we open the door or how many minutes should the driver wait to be paid and for us to get down that cab! 

      But now that I`m a mom myself, I appreciated the space the used  -to-be not so cool bags has given me...It made my being a parent easier! I could bring anything my baby needs.  But that`s not what moved me then.  When I became a mother, the first time I started to search something inside my bag with my left hand, I cried...so this is how it feels...this is what my mama felt...she`d rather patiently find her things with a single hand than letting go of my me. The simple gesture was the assurance that whatever it takes, mama will hold me...like what I`m doing with the angel in my right hand!♥

MSM is 1♥

      A year ago, exactly this hour and minute, I decided to be kind to myself and  took the Plunge!!!♥ As I read in a book once, those coping strategies that we hold on through the years gave us temporarily  relief but eventually will lead us to regret...That`s because we never took the leap of faith to pursue who we really are :) This is the best decision I have ever made...I reconnected to my authentic self and and let the power of fate work magic into my life. I`ve been through tough times too but only because of those moments I realized my strength!  

   I don`t know if there will be stars tonight but I would love to stargaze! I did that often when I was young. That was the only time for myself...to reflect, to imagine or simply talk to my Friend up above  and wish some more ;P

  I wish to put more he♥rt and time to MSM to give you more reasons to unearthen your buried dreams and  be true to your gifts. I wish that life will be good to you but more than that, I wish that you will have the patience and perseverance whenever it`s not that kind :) I promise we`re gonna be together with this, how about you?  Let`s  share Ice Cream to that!!!

What Shoes to Wear?

 OMG I miss blogging!!! My head can no longer contain all the thoughts that piled up for so long...it scares me! :/ So I started sketching again and at last, I`m here in front of the laptop and pouring out all the stuff I`m sooo eager to tell you about! :)

  I`ve been through a lot lately...thinking about something, anything and everything I can imagine♥ I guess we all have been through these tough times in our lives when we wanted to fill totally different  kinds of shoes,  all at the same time. Whew! %( That`s really stressful, what do you think?

  Today, you can start by knowing who you really are. You are unique! You will never be like anybody else. You can never follow the exact road somebody else have passed anywhere in the world. Their itinerary is different from yours even if you have the same likes and dislikes. You should make your own and the best part is you are Free to do that! It just takes a lot of courage to choose the uncommon and face the heartbreaks that may come every now and then...until you find your castle where you can live happily ever after! 

  I will wear my ballet flats for today since I have so many things to do. How about you? Choose what`s right and comfy for the moment!

Got a prior commitment

            Not all my days are good! There are moments I hardly can look life in the eye for I know tears are gonna fall :(  Sometimes, I even  have the feeling it squeezes me more when I`m in my weakest. 
      Everytime this happens,  I remind myself...all of these are temporary.  Though  what I feel is real, Life is more than what my mind and heart can get hold of.  So I arrived in a conclusion that I need to love and be there for myself. I need ME...
    When fear and disappointments are knocking on my door, I just tell them: Sorry, I`m not available...just made a prior commitment for the day ! :P

   Gener is my friend for 11 years!  We met in the worldwide web and    became my brother ever since :) He even made my first email add 
( funny how ignorant I was in computers then)LOL :)) We don`t talk that often but we always enjoy discussing any topic under the sun...  

 When a person shares good things, God Himself returns the favor...Exactly why he met the love of his life, the supportive and lovely Marinyl :)

Terski fights like Pacquiao

   Yahooooo!!!Pacquiao won over Marquez today! I made this for my cousin who is a fighter too.
  My Manong Terence ( a title used to respect  male who is older than you) never quits!  I`ve grown up seeing him defeat failures and excel in his field:)  

  He`s a fan of Dan Hardy of UFC...not knowing he too is somebody to be looked up to! He`s definitely a good father, brother and deserves all his successes...

  Lucky for the 3 cute babies; Mimi,Zakee, and Dastan to have Nong Teroy and Nang May Ann as their parents!  Of course, these angels are the best gifts any parent could have too 0:)

      There must be something in your life that you draw inspiration from... What will you do if you wake up one morning  and that source of excitement is gone? Worst thing is you don`t know if it`s coming back again :-o

   That`s exactly   what happened to me today! I hurriedly opened my favorite site and was so surprised that once colorful pictures were replaced   by  a farewell  letter. Artessen  will  surely be missed.  It made my  life  easier by  bringing beautiful artworks all together...It will always be one of my favorite blogs.  Never will I recover from this heartbreak.   

  

Soulmates♥

     We definitely finish each others sentences...Without planning, we buy tops, shoes, and bags with same brand and design! We even end up using similar lipstick (brand and color) even if we are miles apart.  Imagine that!

   Zy and me started to be close friends since our prep years...Yes, we watched each other as our milk teeth were replaced with these permanent ones :P Miss you bes! You took time to buy me a concert ticket when we were in La Salle, fetched me  when I was alone  after your evening classes...You have done a lot of good things for me and I want you to know that  you are sooo appreciated! God must love me so dearly blessing me a bestfriend like you. Hope we can finish  our song , to the tune only both of us know  ♥

Smell the roses

     Though I don`t have a green thumb, I absolutely love flowers! I imagine that every blossom is a representation of a dream that came true :)  So if your garden exudes blushes of colors, you may have tons to be grateful for.

Mr. Steve, good JOBs!

    How could somebody tell what you feel exactly how you feel it? There  must be sooo many people going through something like us. But the point is why did we not end up all alike? Because others didn`t listen to their hearts...I want me to be on the other team, those who are courageous enough to follow their dreams.

    The death of Steve Jobs made me glad I listened to my heart, the small voice who knows me more than anybody else in this world. It totally turned my life around! I`ve grown up to deal with all the expectations my surrounding people have given me. I have to be like this, like that...a stressful life I don`t have a choice but to accept.  Yet, all those things I pursued, excelled, and became don`t define my whole being. I am me...no more, no less.

   In everything I`ve been through, I longed for something magical which I know I cannot discover overnight. I wanted something which can make me endure hardships even alone with my God...and I found it in my first l♥ve...the Arts.

Time is so short :(

       Last night,  I had a great time with a friend. It was the best moment of my week :) The dinner was delicious and we never forgot to drink coffee and eat the dessert! 

    Neph was my elementary classmate and a long time friend...We`ve grown ( I didn`t in terms of height!LOL)a lot. We do think the same and we love who we became♥  It may not so often we unwind together but his presence made me thankful how blessed I am surrounded with these beautiful people...Short moment but enough to last a lifetime...I`m currently writing this while eating my favorite napoleones (a delicacy from my hometown Bacolod ) which Neph gave me as a pasalubong  ( wikipedia defined as a gift for somebody brought by a traveler visiting a place or returning from a trip) .  Just can`t get enough ;9
Thank you and can`t wait for the next coffee time Neph!

  They said that you`ll know that you have truly grown if you are comfortable with who you became after all the hurt and pain you`ve been through.  I did  make not-meant-to-be decisions during my younger years but I tried not to let myself succumb to regret.  Okay, with all guilt, I blamed myself those times...I know it is a crime to punish myself up to now...Agree?  Pls. do...I need that support right now ;P

That`s where I`m going!

     I`m in the station waiting for the first bus to ride, praying that it will be the trip I`m dreaming.  I wrote to the most expert Tourist Guide this planet had ever known!  I never forgot to stress out that I`m hoping a safe place for me and my family.  I`m wishing I can freely explore the arts as my family will be able to find their own path there too.  To wherever it will be, it is worth the wait.  God is always on time and  He never fails.  I`m soooo excited!
